You can access it by removing the A Pillar trim and then you will find it attached to the dashboard. (Unplugging it solved the jumping compass problem). Unplugged all components, re connected them, reset the radio holding power in for 30 secs or so until the radio re booted, used phone and searched and this time unlike others found ford audio, tapped connect and entered 0000 but every time it just comes up saying can't connect.
